Have you heard of 'The 52 Lists Project?' I read about it on a blog last week and instantly wanted to join in. The book was only released on September 8th this year and if you're the type of person who loves a list, this book is for you! I managed to find mine on ebay as have been published in the US... so not so easy to track down!
The 52 Lists Project is a journal of weekly lists that will help nurture self-expression and self-development, written by Moorea Seal. Each seasonal section includes list prompts, with plenty of space to write your own lists, and challenges to help you take action and make your dreams a reality. Every section of the journal is paired with some really lovely photos and illustrations. With perfectly timed prompts that meet you where you are throughout the different seasons, this journal will help you celebrate, enjoy, and take ownership of your life, as each week of the year becomes more thoughtful and vibrant.
It's basically a real life journal with a list for you to make every week of the year. The book starts with winter so I'm going to kick off with mine on the first week of December, and I can't wait.
All the lists are super motivational and feel good! From listing goals and dreams to all the things you are greatful for, with a lot of pretty pictures along the way. I guess it will make you put everything in perspective which is never a bad thing. When ever you need a pick me up, you can just look in this journal and see in black and white what wonderful things you have.
I think this would make a really good Christmas pressie... I might be giving out a few!
